Filing a Notice of Claimed Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that copyrighted material has been used on this website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes substantially all of the following (see 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent containing the elements set forth in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

Repeat Infringers & Misrepresentation

We reserve the right, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to remove or disable access to material and to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages.
